Do you engineer smaller projects like decks and wall removals?
Yes. Decks, patio covers, additions, wall removals, beam design, and structural repairs are part of our residential services. Send the location and any sketches, plans, or photos so we can define the engineering scope.
What do you need to prepare a fee proposal?
The project address, a description of the work, your timeline, and available drawings are a useful starting point. Include permit comments or known existing conditions. Fees depend on the scope, complexity, documentation, and coordination the project needs.
Can you work with my architect, contractor, or steel fabricator?
Yes. We coordinate with your project team on framing, foundations, connections, and structural details. For delegated design or fabrication work, share the design criteria and shop drawings you already have.
Can you help with structural permit comments?
Send the full correction notice and the submitted drawings. We can review the structural items, discuss the required scope, and identify the calculations or details needed to address them.
